December 29, 2008 —The Universe is Yours to Discover! — the Sunshine Coast Centre kicks off the International Year of Astronomy on January 10 with a special event at the Sechelt Library.
April 1, 2008 — The Sunshine Coast Becomes the 29th Centre of The Royal Astronomical Society of Canada.
